What happens after you request a date to be added to the public NYC Photo Safari Events Calendar? First we will take your request under consideration. You will then receive an email invoice requesting a non refundable deposit of $10 indicating the exact time, date and Safari. To accept this proposed date simply pay the electronic invoice you received.
If you pay the invoice you hereby accept the following terms: once two more people register for your safari your credit card will be charged for the balance of the registration fee automatically. Once your credit card is charged you waive your right to cancel your reservation and agree that NYC Photo Safari's normal cancellation policies DO NOT apply. If no participants have registered for the event two weeks from the safari, it will be canceled and your deposit will be refunded. If you decide to cancel the safari before registration is made the safari will be removed from the public calendar and you forfeit your $10 deposit.
