Photo Tip #10: Silence the Photo Police (Pt. 3):Blurry Photos Are Bad

In the same line of thinking with Part Two, many photographers believe that all of your photographs have to besharp. If a photographer is only concerned with holding detail then it goes to follow that you need to hold sharpness too. (I will discuss the merits or not, of sharp lenses in Part 4). How many times have you heard this? Probably too often. There are certainly times when blurriness is not only acceptable but desired. When? What about showing motion? Perhaps one of the best ways to show motion is by using blur. Here are some nice examples of blurry photos that enhance the photo.
